Typographical Errors In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to typographical error or error in pricing information received from our suppliers, Brothers Fine Furniture LLC shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. Our Store shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, Brother’s Fine Furniture LLC shall immediately issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price. Return Policy/Damage Policy We are proud to offer quality products with great value to our customers. Merchandise received in good condition is not returnable or cancelable. No refunds are available. In the rare occurrence that an item arrives damaged on delivery or is otherwise damaged before your possession, please notify the delivery team or a Brother’s Fine Furniture Representative of the damage. Please promptly take time to inspect merchandise you have received. Any damaged merchandise on delivery will be returned to the store by the delivery team and an exchange will be promptly processed. In the rare occurrence that there is a delay from the manufacturer, we will work our hardest to exchange the merchandise as timely as possible. Pick Up Policy Brother’s Fine Furniture LLC will contact you to schedule your merchandise pick up at our store. For any purchase made online upon delivery or pick up of merchandise, card holder must be physically present upon delivery or pick up. Customer will need a valid ID and the credit card used in the transaction. At this time, an imprint of the credit card used and all credit card slips must be signed by the cardholder. NO EXCEPTIONS! If cardholder is not available for delivery or pick up, the customer can come into the store prior to delivery or pick up to sign all necessary paperwork. Valid ID and credit card used for transaction required. NO EXCEPTIONS! Brother’s Fine Furniture LLC goes the extra mile to protect our customers and our establishment. We appreciate your business. Defective merchandise must be returned within 7 days of pick up date and returned in original packaging. Cancellation Policy We want you to be happy with your purchase and we will gladly exchange defective merchandise if returned within 7 days of pick up date and returned in original packaging. There are absolutely no refunds available. Any merchandise opened from the original packaging, assembled in any way or set up will not be eligible for a refund, return or exchange. When a customers places an order with Brother’s Fine Furniture LLC, a representative from Brother’s Fine Furniture LLC will submit your order to the manufacturer usually within 24 hours of the order being placed. Once the order has been placed with the manufacturer, you are financially responsible for the merchandise as well as Brother’s Fine Furniture LLC. There are no cancellations after the order has been placed with the manufacturer. A restocking fee of 25% will be charged for any returned item. Once and order has been placed with the manufacturer, it will take 7 - 14 business days or less to arrive at Brother’s Fine Furniture LLC. On the rare occurrence that there is a delay with a manufacturer, Brother’s Fine Furniture LLC will do it’s best to satisfy our customers. Delivery Policy Once your merchandise is ready for delivery, a Brother’s Fine Furniture LLC representative will contact you to schedule your delivery of merchandise. On the agreed date of delivery, you will be contacted by a Brother’s Fine Furniture LLC representative confirming your delivery, your availability and an estimated delivery time frame. Before delivery of merchandise, it is the customer’s responsibility to measure the desired space and any openings to get to the desired space. If the merchandise does not fit in the desired area, the Brother’s Fine Furniture LLC delivery team will explain to the customer why item will not fit through openings. Under no circumstances does Brother’s Fine Furniture LLC force any items at the risk of damage to customers property or merchandise. The merchandise will be brought back to the store and refund will be issued minus the delivery fee and a 25% restocking fee. If customers chooses another item a re-delivery fee will be charged. Under no circumstances will merchandise be delivered that will put our delivery team at risk for injury. We cannot guarantee when an order will arrive. All items on our website and our showroom floor are eligible for layaway unless it is a floor sample or closeout. Any layaway is not to extend over 12 months. If the layaway is not paid in full in the 12 month time frame, the amount paid is non refundable unless other arrangements have been made with Brother’s Fine Furniture LLC Management. Any merchandise on layaway will not be ordered until the merchandise is paid in full and delivery or pick up arrangements have been made.
